Letters of Recommendation

If you would like me to write you a letter of recommendation, please follow the directions listed below with at least two weeks notice.

 

Please email me (heishm@nv.ccsd.net) with the following information:

1. What the letter is for - name of organization, program, college, etc.
2. Your current weighted GPA
3. A list of your extra curricular activities
4. A list of your volunteer work
5. How many AP and honors classes you've taken during high school
6. When you need the letter (a specific date) - I need at least two weeks notice 
7. Where you would like the letter to be sent (give me an email address)

*If you have a D, F, or if you have had a discipline problem in my class, please do not ask for a letter of recommendation.​
